Finger & Associates invested in ThermiTight to offer another innovative procedure without the need for general anesthesia, and/or major downtime!

Radio-frequency energy (The science of heat) is applied directly to the tissue in the specific area (such as chin, abdomen, thighs), causing skin shrinkage. Results are immediate and improve over time.
ThermiTight is the first aesthetic procedure, which delivers controlled thermal energy under the skin to reverse the effects of aging. ( skin laxity). Real Results in a Single Treatment
ThermiTight™ is the name of a peer-reviewed protocol described as “thermistor-controlled sub dermal skin tightening.” The ThermiRF™ system is used along with a tiny SmartTip™ thermistor probe, which is inserted under the skin to heat sub-dermal tissues to a user selected specific temperature. During the ThermiTight procedure, internal temperatures are monitored and regulated by the system computer. In addition, Thermal Image Guidance™ provides the physician with real time external temperatures to ensure precision of the heating effect while maintaining safe skin temperatures.
How it Works
After a small volume of anesthetic solution is injected into the area to be treated, the tiny ThermiRF™ SmartTip™ thermistor probe is inserted under the skin. Dr. Finger applies gentle movements to heat up the tissues to the desired level. Skin safety is monitored with Thermal Image Guidance™. Most procedures last about an hour. After the procedure, a gentle wrap is applied and the patient may resume normal activities.
