In 1973, Dr. E. Ronald Finger opened the first outpatient plastic surgery center in Georgia. Dr. Finger and Doctors Huntly and Horn have always been on the leading edge of technology and have had a keen interest in health and age rejuvenation. After 12 years in Pennsylvania he relocated to the south, joining Finger & Associates in 1998 in Savannah. Dr. Horn trained with national and international experts in the fields of cosmetic surgery, microsurgery, hand surgery, craniofacial surgery, and pediatric plastic surgery.
